Singapore is known to be a great eco-system for start-ups and has one of the most innovative public administrations around the globe. This is also enabled by big data. How does the city state balance the desire of its citizens for data security with the requirements of businesses and government entities for data to drive their innovations? Dr. Natalie Pang from the National University of Singapore has some answers, based on a study she did in cooperation with Konrad Adenauer Stiftung.
